What an amazing day we had on Saturday, leading our Collective Hearts 2.5 online zoom retreat. ⠀

A tremendous group, deep conversations, energy moving and shifting and clearing work. Huge gratitude to everyone who showed up at their heart level for this event and the sharing and strength of vulnerability. Can’t wait to offer more of these bite sized (big bite mind you...) retreat sessions that you can do from the comfort of your own home. ⠀

I was struck by this image from Iceland 🇮🇸 at how much it looks like the anatomical heart ♥️ and is even the green of the heart chakra. Our hearts are vast beyond our understanding and contain so much for discovery of ourselves in this infinite world. ⠀

I definitely had a heart connection with Iceland when I was there in 2016... and can’t wait to go back when it aligns. ⠀

In the meantime, we’ll continue leading with our hearts as best we can and very purposefully doing that through our upcoming collective hearts events with @courtneywren. The online 1 day zoom Collective Hearts retreat 2.5, September 26th, and then the in-person Collective Hearts 3.0 at @thesentinel, November 13-15th. ⠀

This points to awareness, honesty, transparency, vulnerability, and courage. In my view it takes these elements to really see and feel where you might be at in your journey, and then you can decide what you want to do about it.

Sometimes you may find yourself under construction 🚧 at deep levels within... if this is what your inner world feels like at times you’re not alone! ⠀

The road less travelled often has some repair and constant upgrades that are needed to become the person you know you can be. ⠀
⠀
The outcome is worth it, and if you can be in the present moment as much as possible you’ll likely enjoy and be grateful for the parts of you that feel excavated, open, raw, unsteady, and very much under transition to something even better. ⠀

This road outside my office will be very appreciated when it’s done. It couldn’t help but make me reflect on my own personal journey especially the past few years. Cheers to all doing their work, and much love to those who haven’t started yet.
